We have clearly summarized the most important booking information here for you.

• Arrival and departure: Should you wish to conveniently arrive here by plane (Innsbruck Airport) or train (station Innsbruck), then we would be happy to arrange a return transfer from Innsbruck to our hotel for you. We just ask for a € 60.00 contribution towards costs per trip. You can make use of your accommodation here with us from 3pm. on your day of arrival, but we kindly ask you to vacate your room up to 11am on your day of departure.
• Late check in/out: Subject to availability
• Children discounts: In parents room: 0–4 years 90%; 5–9 years 65%; 10–14 years 40% and 15–18 years 30%. Almost all rooms can also be extended to provide 3 or 4 beds. In apartment: 0-4 years 65%; 5-14 years 40% and 15-18 years 30%. Children in a separate room: 20% reduction.
• Pets: Your four-legged friends can join you on your stay with us for a fee of € 15.00 per day (without food). We ask for your understanding in not taking them into the dining area and the indoor pool area.
• Payment: You are very welcome to settle your hotel bill in cash, with your debit card, VISA or MasterCard.
• Bathrobe: We are of course very happy to provide you with a snug bathrobe for your stay with us at no extra cost.
• Reservations are valid with reservation confirmation and paid deposit.
• Accommodation with breakfast: A price reduction of € 10.00 per person is applicable for an overnight stay.
• Single room supplement: The single room supplement is between € 25.00 and € 35.00 per day.
• Baby set: We are very happy to provide your baby with a cot, high chair, stroller, buggy, kettle and babyphone free of charge.
• We also offer massages at the Kindl Hotel in our new, spacious treatment rooms.
• Parking: You are more than welcome to use our parking area free of charge. If you stay in room "Luxus Zirbenzimmer" also the underground car park is free of charge.
• Mountain bikes are available at no extra cost.
• Hiking poles are also available at no extra cost.
• Our cancellation policy:
• If cancelled up to 28 days before the date of arrival will be free of charge.
• If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Our cancellation policy:

If you are not able to travel due to Covid-19 related reasons, your stay is cancelled free of charge. For all other cases our general cancellation conditions are applicable.

Reasons for a cancellation free of charge are:

•  Closed border in Austria and/or country of origin
•  The country of origin issues a travel warning for Austria/Tyrol
•  Austria/Tyrol is declared a risk region
•  Upon returning home, travellers must complete a 10-day quarantine
•  A fellow traveller fallen ill with Covid-19 (with evidence of a medical certificate)
•  A fellow traveller fallen ill with diseases other than Covid-19 (with evidence of a medical certificate)

Our general cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 28 days before the date of arrival will be free of charge.
If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

These conditions are temporarily effective for all arrivals until 7th of May 2023 (Except: 25.12.2022-07.01.2023 / 11.02.2023-25.02.2023 / 01.04.2023-15.04.2023)! For all bookings after 7th May 2023, our general cancellation conditions are applicable.

Travel insurance:
Our experience shows that even though you are now looking forward to your holiday, unexpected things can cross your plans.
To avoid frustration and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or early departure as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (including accident benefits).
