Start your day well nourished with our large breakfast buffet in the sunny dining room. Here you will find everything that your heart desires. Help yourself to the rich buffet with organic and whole foods.
To strengthen you in the afternoon, we offer a buffet between 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm with a tasty main course or soup, Stubai snack, homemade apple strudel and tempting desserts. Soft drinks, tea and coffee station are included.
A delicious 5-course menu with four main courses to choose from, from Austrian classics to vegan cuisine, rounds off your day of adventures perfectly. The menu is complemented by a fresh salad and cheese buffet.
The little foodies in your family can choose between two child-friendly dishes from the buffet in the evening. Additionally, delicious ice cream from the ice box awaits you. Of course, the adults are welcome to get involved too. We also have a drinks bar available with non-alcoholic drinks, which every guest can help themselves to free of charge from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
As part of our child-care, we offer a supervised table daily for lunch (12 - 12.30 pm) and dinner (6.00 - 6.30 pm).
Upon request, we are also happy to freshly prepare vegetable mash for babies and toddlers. You can also find various baby food jars of Holle and milk powder from Aptamil.
All products of our organic farming are processed in the hotel, and we further buy local products from farms around Stubai and Tyrol. It is important to stay flexible and creative in our kitchen, just as it is throughout the whole hotel. This way, it never gets boring and everyone gets what they enjoy.
