Before every holiday, some organisational questions arise: When can we check in? Are pets allowed? Is there baby equipment to rent with cots, high chairs and co.? On this page you will find lots of information to plan ahead for your stay with us.

An- und Abreise

by car: there are plenty of free parking spaces available in front of the hotel

without a car: Should you arrive via train (Innsbruck Central Station) or plane (Innsbruck Airport), we are happy to arrange a transfer from Innsbruck to Neustift and return.

Check-in and check-out

Our rooms are available for you from 3.00 pm. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room or apartment by 11.00 am.

Late check-in/out: Subject to availability.
Children’s discount: In parents’ room: 0–4 years 90%; 5–9 years 65%; 10–14 years 40% and 15–18 years 30%. Almost all rooms can be extended to provide 3 or 4 beds.
In the family suites :we calculate the full rate for the first three guests, from the 4th guest the following discounts apply: 0-4 years 90%; 5-9 years 65%; 10-14 years 40% and 15-18 years 30%.
Children in a separate room: -20%.
Pets: Your four-legged friends can join you on your stay with us for € 15.00 per day (without food). We kindly ask you to not take them into the restaurant or the indoor pool. Would you like to bring your dog to eat with you, please reserve a table in our comfy bar area.
Payment: Your bill can be settled in cash, a debit card or VISA and Mastercard.
Bathrobes: We provide you with cosy bathrobes (for children and adults) throughout the duration of your stay.

Reservations: Your reservation is confirmed with a booking confirmation and upon receipt of the deposit.
Breakfast only: For bookings including just breakfast, we deduct € 10 per guest per day.
Single occupancy: The single occupancy surcharge is € 60 per day.
Baby set: Upon request and free of charge, we can provide you with a cot, high chair, pram, stroller, kettle, baby phone, night light, changing mat and nappy bucket.
Massages: We offer massages in our spacious, modern treatment rooms.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in our parking lot. The underground parking space is only included when booking our family suites (Family Suite Standard, Family Suite De Luxe, Family Suite Luxus Zirbe, Family Suite Premium Zirbe and Family Suite XXL De Luxe).
Mountain bikes: Available free of charge.
Hiking poles: Available free of charge.
Local tax: In addition to your room rate, we charge € 2,80 per guest per day. From 01.11.2024, the local tax increase to € 4,80 per guest per day.
Cleaning fee: The final cleaning fee for the apartments is € 200.

Our cancellation policy

We know that sometimes life gets in the way, you may change your mind or something crosses your plans. Should you find yourself having to cancel your stay with us, please find our cancellation policy for rooms, suites and holiday apartments here:

Cancellations made up to 28 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations up to 14 days before the date of arrival, incur a 50%charge of all nights booked.
Cancellations up to 7 days before the date of arrival, incur a 70% percent of all nights booked.
Cancellations, modifications and no-shows received within 7 days of arrival will incur a 90% charge of all nights booked.
Travel insurance: Unforeseen circumstances can change your travel plans at a short notice - travel insurances are a great way to save you from extra costs and hassle. We therefore recommend to take out a policy that protects you in case of cancellations, early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue) (Hotelstorno Plus) - or the more extensive Hotelstorno Premium (incl. accidents).
