Oh, beautiful Stubai Valley! In winter the snow sparkles as well as the eyes of young and old, when they return from an adventure-filled day on the ski fields of the Stubai Glacier. From skiing, winter hikes, tobogganing, cross-country skiing or ice skating - winter is a magical and exciting time here.
The special taste of our kitchen - on one hand, it comes from the creativity and flexibility of our kitchen brigade, on the other, from the fine products sourced from our direct surroundings. All products we produce from our own farm are used in the hotel, all other ingredients we buy locally.
Regionality and quality are important to us - and you can taste it. Start your day with our lavish gourmet breakfast buffet. From the early afternoon, our afternoon buffet is available to refuel you after action and adventures. To finish the day, we offer a 5-course menu daily. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, as well as gluten and lactose free diets.
